A Steam Deck controller interface for rover operation, designed to make control, monitoring, and testing workflows more portable and intuitive for operators.

This project focuses on using the Steam Deck as a portable rover-control interface. The goal was to give operators a compact, practical controller that can support rover movement, monitoring, and test workflows without requiring a full desktop setup.

Control mapping and workflow

I worked on control mapping and operator-interface concepts that make rover commands accessible through handheld controls. The interface is designed around practical operation: clear feedback, comfortable control layout, and fast access to the most important rover actions.

Testing flexibility

The controller workflow is useful for both simulation testing and rover-operation experiments. It improves flexibility for operators and makes it easier to test control logic in different environments.
